I’m Robert Graham, Michigan Real Estate Broker, License #6504432242, with Robert Graham Properties. I list homes for sellers in Detroit and nearby cities, and you work with me directly.
Who I am
A Detroit broker who has rehabbed and sold homes himself
- Lifelong Detroiter; investor and rehabber.
- Michigan Real Estate Broker, License #6504432242 (verify via Michigan LARA).
- Has worked in mortgage lending for more than 10 years — useful when a buyer’s financing gets complicated.
- Robert has been part of 42 closed home sales, totaling more than $6.1 million, since July 2018 (source: MLS, pulled November 4, 2026). These sales closed while he was a licensed salesperson with prior brokerages. Closed sales are listed on Past Sales.
- Before/after work on homes I’ve rehabbed and sold.
How I list
My listing process
- Walk the house. We go room by room and talk honestly about condition and what is worth fixing.
- Price from nearby closings. I show MLS-reported closed sales of similar homes near you.
- Choose list or as-is. I put the options in writing. When a home is a fit, I may make a written offer to buy it myself or bring written investor offers — roles disclosed in writing before you sign.
- Prepare and market. Photos, listing copy, and showings set up around your schedule.
- Negotiate and close. I review every offer with you, handle inspections and appraisal issues, and stay on the file through closing.

How do you set a list price in Detroit?
I price from MLS-reported closed sales of similar homes near yours, adjusted for condition — not from a citywide online estimate.

Will I work with you or a team?
You work with me directly. I bring trusted lenders, title, inspectors, and contractors, but your listing is not handed off.
